 Top foods for healthy eyes.

A healthy pair of eyes, especially in old age, is nothing more than a blessing to those who suffer from vision loss.

Therefore, care must be taken of the eyes and eyesight in all possible ways, including what is consumed as food.

1.carrot.

This is something your parents did at a young age, but it turns out that carrots are really good for your eyes!  It contains beta-carotene, which converts the body into vitamin A, to produce the rod and throat cells in your eyes.  It is beneficial for your poor light vision, and it reduces, like most foods mentioned in this article, your risk factor for developing AMD, cataracts and glaucoma.  After all, there is some truth in the story of those old women.

2.citrus fruit.

Citrus fruits are rich in Vitamin C, just like Vitamin E, Vitamin C is one of the antioxidants recommended by the American Agriculture Organization to combat age-related eye damage.

Citrus fruits rich in vitamins include:

 . Lemon

  . Orange

   . Grapes

3.nuts.

A rich source of vitamin E and eye-healthy foods, such as raw and canned Brazil nuts, cakes and lentils, can be a great supplement.  Vitamin E helps protect the eye from dangerous free radicals.

4.eggs.

Whether you boil them, boiled or hot, eggs are eye catching news and a perfect eye health!

Egg yolks contain lutein and zeaxanthin, both of which can help prevent age-related macular degeneration.

After that, if you normally ditch the yolk and think your whole body needs egg white protein, think again.  Throw these ostrich bread soldiers into your boiled eggs and have fun.

5.sweet potatos.

Fruits and vegetables such as carrots, sweet potatoes, mangoes, candles, apricots, etc.  Oranges are also rich in beta-carotene.  Beta-carotene is a rich source of vitamin A, which helps improve night vision and the ability of the eyes to adapt to darkness.  One potato also contains a sufficient amount of vitamin C և vitamin E per person.

6.green vegetables.

We all spent our childhood eating the fat - maybe we hated it!  But it has many benefits for your eyes.  Calcium and quinine have been shown to protect the eye from UV damage, reducing the risk of infection and fractures.  Broccoli, peas and spinach, which contain vitamin A and beta carotene, are similar.  The antioxidants in this green substance also improve blood flow in your eyes and protect your eyes from harmful light - UVB and blue light from screens.

7.seeds.

Like nuts and legumes, seeds are high in omega-3 and rich in vitamin E.

The seeds are available in most grocery stores and online.  Omega-3-rich seeds include:

   Chia seeds

   Flax seeds

8.fish oil.

Fish oil, especially salmon, can be an excellent food for eye health.  Salmon and other fish oil contain omega-3 fatty acids.  These are healthy ‘healthy’ ones.  Omega-3 fatty acids can help visual acuity and retinal health in the back of the eye.  It also helps prevent calm.

Consider adding fish to your diet a few days a week.  If you are buying salmon, choose a wild version instead of farm salmon.  This is due to the fact that salmon is more of a game source and less of omega-3s.

Salmon, and most fish can be cooked or cooked.  Try fresh fruit, lemon and salt and pepper for a simple and delicious dinner.
